摘要
    随着企业自身人力资源的日益庞大、复杂程度逐渐增强，人机作坊再也无法适应如今企业的人才管理了，取代的是运用各种领域的知识，结合科学而开发的人才管理系统，科学合理的来管理企业人事信息档案及扩充的人力资源管理系统。
    从而引出了一门新的学科——管理信息系统MIS（Management Information System），它跨越了若干个领域，形成一整套科学合理的信息收集和加工的方法，构成一个纵横交织的系统。人才管理系统是典型的信息管理系统(MIS),其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。对于前者要求建立起数据一致性和完整性强、数据安全性好的库。而对于后者则要求应 用程序功能完备,易使用等特点。
    人才管理系统是对工作人员进行统一的管理，可以进行方便的进行录入，查询，修改，删除，退出。随时把握人员的异动情况，更轻松人才管理工作为企业人力资源管理提供了全面解决方案。                                        经过分析如此情况,我们使用Visual      Basic6.0和Access2000开发工具,利用其提供的各种面向对象的开发工具,尤其是数据窗口能方便而简洁操纵数据库的智能化对象,首先在短时间内建立系统应用原型,然后,对初始原型系统进行需求迭代,不断修正和改进,直到形成可行系统

Abstract
     One that is with one's own human resources of enterprise is huge day by day ,the complexity strengthen gradually, man-machine workshop again unable to it adapts to to be nowadays personnel management of enterprises, that was replaced is to use the knowledgeof different fields, combine computer science but personnel administrative system that develop , rational to is it manage enterprise personnel information file and human resources administrative system expanded to come science have.
     Thus drawn a new discipline --The management information system MIS (Management Information System ) , it has crossed over several fields, forms a whole set of information gathering with rational science and method to process, form a system interweaving vertically and horizontally . The property administrative system of the district is a typical information management system (MIS ), it develops main two respects of development including setting-up and maintenance and front application program of backstage supporter's database . Demand to set up the consistency of the data and integrality the storehouse of strong , data with good security to the former. Require to the latter that the function of the application program is complete , apt characteristic of using etc. .
     Personnel administrative system carry on management of unity to property staff member of administrative system, can carry on convenient increasing , inquire about , revise . Holding personnel's condition of becoming excited differently at any time, more light personnel management offers the overall solution for enterprise's manpower resources management.
    Through analysing such situation, we use Visual Basic6.0 and Access 2000 developing instrument, utilize its various kinds of target -oriented developing instruments offered, data window can convenient succinct to handle intelligent target of the database especially, set up system use prototype , then go on demand change and take the place of to initial prototype system within short time at first, revising and improving constantly, until forming the feasible system.
