摘 要
    随着信息技术的发展和人们对宾馆的要求越来越高，各大宾馆传统的手工操已经不能适应当前宾馆管理发展的需要，而使用化的管理可以有效提高宾馆管理的水平和工作效率。因此，宾馆住房管理系统软件将会为宾馆管理带来极大的方便。
    宾馆信息管理系统的主要任务是对对宾馆住房管理进行化的管理，本系统主要功能包括：客房管理、住宿管理、员工管理、消费品管理、系统设置、帐务管理和系统帮助。本文主要阐述了该系统的需求分析、功能模块划分、数据库及本人负责功能的具体与实现，并就系统中用到的技术进行了介绍。
    本文简要介绍了项目的背景和意义，着重阐述了该系统开发实现过程，从系统的需求分析、方案论证、模块、数据、详细到系统测试等各个环节都进行了详尽的分析和描述,第一章简要介绍了本系统的思路和总体要求。第二章概述了本系统的功能，原理，介绍了功能模块图、数据库及编码。第三章总结了本系统开发过程中结论及使用过程中的体会。

Abstract
    Are more and more high along with the information technology development and the people to the guesthouse request, each big guesthouse tradition handwork held already cannot meet the current guesthouse management need to develop, but used the management which computerized to be allowed effectively to enhance the guesthouse management the level and the working efficiency. Therefore, guesthouse housing management system management system software will be able to bring enormous convenient for the guesthouse management.
    The guesthouse information management system primary mission is to the management which carries on to the guesthouse housing management computerizes, this system main function includes: The guest room prearranges, the guest room management, the lodgings management, the staff manages, the consumable management, the system establishment, the bookkeeping management and the system help. This article mainly elaborated this system demand analysis, the function module division, the database design and myself responsible function concrete design and the realization, and the technology which used on the system in has carried on the introduction.
    This text synopsis introduced the item background and meanings of" the cabaret guest room  management system", emphasizing to elaborate that system development to carry out the process, from the need analysis, project argument, the mold a design, the data design of the system, detailed design the system to test the etc., each links all carried on detailed of analysis and description.In charter 1, we introduce the main concept and requirement of this system; in charter 2, it includes the main function of this system, its design theory, its module design, its data base and codes; in charter 3, we concludes our actual experience on how this system is built and applied.
