摘 要
    学生成绩管理是对学生学习管理的重要组成部分，是学生学籍管理的基础，也是教务工作中一项重要的内容。随着学校的扩招，学生的人数也越来越多，每次的考试成绩统计工作也变得越来越繁重，稍有疏忽就会出现差错。因此，要强化学生成绩管理，改革传统的教务成绩管理，公正、准确、及时反映学生学习的情况，以适应信息时代的要求。通过成绩管理可以大大提高老师的工作效率，免去繁琐的成绩计算和统计等工作，可以在短时间内完成学生成绩的统计和计算，还有补考的查询与更改。并生成各种成绩打印单，给老师成绩管理工作带来极大的便利。
    本系统的核心是添加、修改和删除三者之间的联系，每一个表的修改都将联动的影响其它的表，当完成添加或删除操作时系统会自动地完成学生成绩的修改。查询功能也是系统的核心之一，在系统中主要根据学生姓名和学号进行查询，其目的都是为了方便用户使用。系统有完整的用户添加、删除和密码修改功能，并具备报表打印功能。
    系统采用Microsoft Office中的Access 2000来数据库，并使用当前优秀的开发工具—VB 6.0 ，它有着最为灵活的数据库结构，对数据库应用有着良好的支持。
    主要介绍了本课题的开发背景，所要完成的功能和开发的过程。重点的说明了系统的重点、思想、难点技术和解决方案。

Abstract
    The student result management is studies the management to the student the important constituent, is the student school register management foundation, also is in the educational administration work an important content. Expands along with the school incurs, student's population more and more are also many, each time test result statistical work also changes more and more arduously, slightly has the negligence to be able to have the mistake. Therefore, must strengthen the student result management, the reform tradition educational administration result management, fair, is accurate, promptly reflected the student studies the situation, adapts the information time request. May greatly enhance teacher's working efficiency through the result management, exempts tedious work and so on result computation and statistics, may complete the student result in the short time the statistics and the computation, but also has the make-up test the inquiry and the change. And produces each kind of result to hit, the result supervisory work brings the enormous convenience for teacher.
    This system core is the increase, revises and deletes three between the relation, each table revision all linkage influence other tables, when completes the increase or the deletion operation the system can automatically complete the student result the revision. The inquiry function also is one of system cores, mainly carries on the inquiry in the system according to the student name and the student number, its goal all is for the convenient user use. The system has the integrity the user to increase, the deletion and the password revision function, and has the report form printing function.
    The system uses in Microsoft Office Access 2,000 to design the database, and use current outstanding development kit □VB 6.0, it has the most nimble database structure, has the good support to the database application.
